Hydrant Club Hours of Operation
It appears there are some mismatches online with regards to our hours of operation. So to clear things up (until we’re able to suss out which sites have the wrong info) we wanted to offer up an updated overview of our hours of operation and some other good stuff.
DAYCARE – We operate daycare Monday through Friday. The hours are:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00am to 6:00 pm
Earlier drop off and later pickup may be available. Please inquire with our office. A full day of daycare is defined as eight hours from drop off time. A half day is defined as four hours from drop off time. We require 24 hours notice by email for any changes or cancelations to existing reservations. If you have questions regarding whether your days roll over or making up days, please contact our office.
OFFICE HOURS – Our office is open Monday through Saturday. The hours are:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am to 4:00pm
Non-members may only enter or tour the facility with an appointment. Please contact our office at 702-721-9663 if you wish to take a tour.
In addition to Sundays, our office is closed five times a year – New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. All pre-booked daycare and boarding services are available on those days.
RETAIL STORE AND BATHING SERVICES
- Our retail store and bathing services are solely for access by our Club members.
BOARDING – We are open for boarding 7-days-a-week/365 days a year. Any time you need to board your dog, our Sleepover Lounge will gladly accommodate. We require at least 24 hours notice by email for dogs that are members in good standing at Hydrant Club.*
OFF-LEASH PARK HOURS – For those with monthly off-leash park memberships or monthly daycare packages that include off-leash play, the off leash space is accessible every day of the week via two key-fob access doorways. The hours of operation for the off-leash space are 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
ASSESSMENTS – All dogs accessing services at Hydrant Club must first pass our membership interview. The process takes roughly an hour and owners are present for the entirety of the process. On passing the interview dogs may access an array of our services. These assessments are available by appointment only.
* A member in good standing is a dog that has completed the Hydrant Club membership application and interview and participated in a minimum of two daycare sessions in the month prior to boarding.
